Red Robot IT LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates The Pickle Pro and Clean Time App mobile applications (the “Apps”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our Apps.
## Information We Collect
Our Apps are designed to work primarily on your device. We do not require you to create an account for these Apps.
The Pickle Pro may store the following information locally on your device:
– Profile information you enter, such as your name, skill level, and optional profile photo.
– Player information you create, such as player names, skill levels, and optional photos.
– Match diary and scorekeeping information, including match records, scores, dates, player selections, and related statistics.
– Training progress and app settings.
Clean Time App may store the following information locally on your device:
– Recovery or clean-date information you enter.
– Names, display preferences, widget preferences, wallpaper/live wallpaper settings, and other app settings.
– Gratitude list items, custom quotes, stories, other anniversaries, and similar user-created content.
– Optional background pictures or images you choose for personalization.
– Purchase status or preference values related to paid features or ad removal.
If you choose to add photos or background pictures, an App may request access to your camera, photos, or device storage. Photos or images selected or taken in an App are saved locally on your device for use in the App.
## How We Use Information
Information stored by the Apps is used to provide App features, including:
– Scorekeeping and match history.
– Player and profile management.
– Training progress tracking.
– Recovery date counting, widgets, live wallpaper, readings, meditation timer, gratitude lists, stories, quotes, and anniversary tracking.
– App personalization, settings, and optional photos or background pictures.
– Managing paid features, purchases, or ad-removal status.
We do not sell your personal information.
## Local Storage
Most user-created information in the Apps is stored locally on your device. If you delete an App, your locally stored App data may be deleted by your device operating system.
Because this information is stored locally, Red Robot IT LLC generally cannot access, recover, or delete it for you.
## Advertising
The Apps may use Google AdMob, Google Firebase advertising/analytics services, Meta Audience Network, or similar advertising services to display ads and measure app performance. These third-party services may collect and use information from your device to provide, measure, and improve ads and analytics, including personalized ads where permitted.

You may be able to limit ad personalization through your device settings.
## Purchases
Clean Time App may use Google Play Billing for in-app purchases or paid features. Purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.
## Third-Party Links and Services
The Apps may open third-party websites or applications, including Google Maps, USA Pickleball rulebook links, Amazon search links, recovery reading websites, and other external resources. Some Amazon links may include an affiliate tag.
When you open third-party links or services, their privacy policies and terms apply. Red Robot IT LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, applications, or services.
## Permissions
Depending on your device and how you use the Apps, an App may request permissions such as:
– Camera access, if you choose to take a profile or player photo.
– Photo, media, or storage access, if you choose to select or save a photo or background picture.
– Notification permission, if you enable reminders, timers, widgets, or other notification-based features.
– Phone permission, if you use a feature that initiates a phone call from the App.
– Internet and network access, for ads, analytics, purchases, external web content, and third-party links.
You can manage App permissions through your device settings.
## Children’s Privacy
The Apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Apps, please contact us so we can address the issue.
## Data Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information handled by the Apps. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your own device and backups.
## Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the updated policy.
